In the international bullion futures market, a fall in prices was recorded late at night on Friday, the last trading day of the week, due to increased selling by investors and speculators to book profits. On the Comex, gold fell $11 to close at $2337 an ounce and silver fell 46 cents to close at $27.20 an ounce. Its impact was also seen on the Indian markets and in Indore, Cadbury gold fell by Rs 400 in cash to Rs 72650 per ten grams and Chaurasa silver also fell by Rs 400 in cash to Rs 80100 per kg.
