In the world of cricket, the performance of five girls from the Mahi Cricket Club of Kumardubi is the talk of the entire region. These girls played an important role in helping Dhanbad district win its first title in 2024 by defeating Ramgarh in the Inter-Regional Cricket Tournament (Under-19) organized by the Jharkhand Cricket Association. These five girls, who returned to Kumardhubi after becoming Dhanbad champions, were welcomed by Mahi Cricket Club President Abhijit Ghosh and Secretary Doyal Ghosh by organizing a felicitation ceremony at Vani Mandir Club. The club members were happy with their success and cut the cake and wished them well.
