The EC issued orders appointing Deepak Mishra as Special Police Observer, Ram Mohan Mishra as Special General Election Observer and Neena Nigam as Special Election Expenditure Observer.
It is known that the Central Electoral Commission released the election schedule on the 16th of this month. The Election Code came into force on the same day. Now in the background of the appointment of three special observers for AP, it is clear that the Center is focusing on AP.
