David Higgins, of Cornerstone, said: Within a few weeks, we had a party who were very keen on the property in the city center but were not required to have the top class pool, so we set out to see if this could be . sold separately with all equipment included.
“Look, there was a buyer who wanted the pool and it’s being installed in his new home along with his gym and golf simulator.”

It had “a swimming current that can be adjusted from zero to racing speed to suit any client, with under and over cameras to allow training for all levels”.
“Edinburgh Swimming Studio is located on Thistle Street North West Lane in the city centre,” Cornerstone said in the schedule.

The overall value of the deals was not disclosed but the swimming center was offered freehold for a guide price of £260,000.
