Akbaruddin Owaisi, brother of All India Majlis-e-Ithadul Muslim (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi, hit back at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s statement about taking people’s property and distributing it to infiltrators. He said that we are not infiltrators of this country, but residents of the country.
Akbaruddin Owaisi said, “He (Prime Minister Modi) is calling on Muslims to have children. This country was ours, is ours and will remain ours. No one was born to take us out. Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee talks about a shining India.”
We are not intruding
He further said, “UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has seven children in his family. Home Minister Amit Shah also has seven children in his family. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has six children in his family. We are the people who gave this country Taj Mahal, Qutub Minar, Red Fort , Jama Masjid and Char Minar. We are not invaders. This country is ours and will remain ours.
In fact, Prime Minister Modi said on Sunday that if the Congress comes to power, it will take people’s property and distribute it among Muslims. Prime Minister Modi said this while quoting a statement by former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in which he said that the minority community has the “first right” over the country’s resources.
