As part of the Lok Sabha elections, peaceful polling was held on Friday in Rahli, Banda and Deori, three assembly constituencies in Sagar district of Damoh parliamentary constituency. During this period, 53.57% voted in all three assemblies in the region. Polling was 53.25 per cent in Deori assembly constituency, 50.65 per cent in Rahli assembly constituency and 56.69 per cent in Banda assembly constituency. After the polling, the polling team reached the strong room with EVMs and election materials. Where the voting parties were welcomed with garlands.
