New Delhi: The sex scandal of Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna (Prajwal Revanna Case) which is said to have taken place with hundreds of women is taking shape day by day. Now Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also given a response for the first time on this high profile case.

In an interview given to National Channel Times Now, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke about ten things and also spoke about the Prajwal Revanna sex scandal for the first time. As the case came to light, the national government, which was supposed to act against him, turned a blind eye. Congress accused the state of keeping silent until the accused left the country for political advantage.

Narendra Modi has said that there should be no tolerance against people like Prajwal Revanna, and among the legal options available, such people should be severely punished. It is the Karnataka Congress government that has allowed the JDS MP to go out of the country. He has been accused of releasing the incriminating sexual assault videos against him only after the elections in Okkaliga-dominated constituencies.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the whole development is very suspicious and the videos were released after he left the country. If the state government had information, it should have kept vigil and more police should have been stationed at the airport. Modi claimed that the government, which was silent even though there was information about his going abroad, later referred to the central government.

Further, since this is a law and order issue, the state government has a responsibility to act on a raging issue, the presence of Prajwal Revanna videos is said to be from the time of Congress-JDS alliance. He had collected it when he was in power. This time, these videos were released after the elections were held in a constituency dominated by Okkaligas. So the whole case raises doubts, he said.

The Karnataka government did not take any action when Prajwal Revanna was in the country. At least the central government was not informed about it. So it was a political game. These videos were collected and stored since the time of the alliance with them. This is not our point. Our aim is to spare no criminals. The Prime Minister said that such political games must be stopped in our country.
