Islamabad (Newsdesk) A new bench has been formed in the Supreme Court of Pakistan to hear Sumoto against the alleged interference in the judiciary The 6 member bench headed by the Chief Justice will hear on April 30
A new bench of 6 members has been formed to hear Sumoto in the Supreme Court on the issue of alleged interference in the judiciary, comprising Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Jamal Mandukhel and Justice Athar Manullah.
Apart from this, Justice Musrat Hilali and Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan will also be part of the 6 member bench.

A six-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, will hear the notice on April 30.
The new bench will not include Justice Yahya Afridi, who conducted the previous hearing, as Justice Yahya Afridi recused himself from the bench in his written note.
Apart from Justice Yahya Afridi, all the members of the previous bench will also be part of the new bench.
