This law will be a major reform in the coming days: CM Jagan

There will be a war of words between the government and the opposition on the Hindupuram AP Land Rights Act issue. While parties like TDP and Jansana use this law as their main weapon in the election campaign, CM Jagan explains about this law in every assembly. CM Jagan also explained about this law in the YCP election campaign meeting held today in Hindpuram. He clarified that the purpose of the Land Ownership Law is to grant absolute rights to the owner of the land. He said that this law will be a major reform in the coming days.

CM Jagan stated that till now, due to land disputes, farmers, people and officials were going around the courts, but with the Land Rights Act, there will be no such problem. According to him, if the current survey is completed, the government will ensure that there will be no dispute over the lands. It turned out that the ownership of the land provided in this law will also be insurance. According to this law, the government will stand as a guarantor on behalf of the farmers and landowners and will stand by the people. However, CM Jagan clarified that for all this to be possible, the land survey must be completed first. It was explained that a land survey was once done during the British rule and now a comprehensive land survey will be done during the reign of your child.

It is mentioned that boundary stones are placed for the lands and the details are being updated. It was revealed that out of 17 thousand income villages in the country, the survey was completed in 6 thousand villages. According to him, in the coming days a survey will be conducted in the other villages and the farmers will be provided with the correct documents. CM Jagan also responded to the opposition campaign of providing Xerox copies instead of providing original documents. This is completely untrue. CM Jagan appealed to Chandrababu not to believe the false propaganda that Card Prime-2 software is implemented in the registration system across the country, registrations are done in the Sub-Registrar offices and complete documents are given to the owners.
