Bilaspur (Naiduniya representative). From time to time, fire occurs in hospitals due to short circuit, which endangers the lives of admitted patients. Especially during summer, there is a high possibility of fire in private hospitals due to power load. The health department has taken all these things very seriously. Because of this, there is a greater possibility of fire incidents in the summer. In this regard, hospitals are considered to be the most sensitive. Keeping these things in mind, a notification has been issued to all private hospitals, where it has been made clear that the fire safety feature should be updated. The Department of Health team will conduct a surprise inspection of a private hospital at any time, and if the fire system is not found to be in good condition, then strict action will be taken against that hospital.
There are more than 151 small and large hospitals in the area. Apart from this there are more than 350 clinics. They had already been instructed to have their hospital fire inspected by the Home Guard and give the OK report to the Department of Health. This will show that fire safety is followed in hospitals. Even after this, there are dozens of hospitals that have not yet given an OK report from the fire inspection to the health department. Now again all the private hospitals have been given a last chance to conduct a fire inspection by giving notice. The Department of Health has made it clear that hospitals will be inspected in the coming days. During this period, if any hospital is found to be deficient, action will definitely be taken against it.
Shortages will also be eliminated in government hospitals
CMHO has also given instructions to make definite arrangements for the fire system in the government hospital. Under this, fire extinguishers, sand buckets, training staff to control fire etc. are included. The district hospital has also been inspected in this regard.
