The West Bengal government has challenged in the Supreme Court the Calcutta High Court’s decision directing a CBI probe into allegations of land grabbing and sexual harassment in Sandashkhali. A bench of Supreme Court Justices BR Gavai and Sandeep Mehta will hear the case on April 29.
