The Jharkhand Meteorological Department has issued a heat wave warning from today till April 27. Kolhan division is among the areas in the state most at risk of heat waves. This mainly includes East and West Singhbhum, Seraikela-Kharsawan districts. The risk of heat waves increases in these areas. In view of the temperature rising here, the Meteorological Department has appealed to remain alert and has issued a yellow warning today.

According to the Meteorological Department, Kolhan Pramadal will be hit by 25 April.
