In Krishnapura of Haryana’s Panipat city, a factory owner made a unique protest against another factory owner over a transaction dispute. Here, after taking money in the name of the registry, the registration was not made and the money was not returned. After that there was a dispute between the two parties.
When the full amount was not returned, the owner of the factory who gave the money expressed his protest with flags and drums. Drums were played outside the money collector’s factory and banners were put up to mock him. Both parties have also complained about the matter to the police.
Regarding this, Police Investigating Officer SI Subhash Chand says that one party has filed a complaint of fraud. While the other party has accused him of entering the factory and taking the money. The inspection of the matter is ongoing. Further legal action will be taken with solid evidence.
Called the factory, abused and threatened him
In the complaint given to Krishnapura outpost police, Saurav Garg said that he lives in Gaushala Mandi. On March 18, 2024, he had given Rs 12.50 to GR Mittal, a resident of Sector 25, to register his property in Shivnagar. On April 10, Mittal informed that he was unable to register them.
To return the money to him. Mital asked for 2-4 days to return the money. At around 4 pm on April 16, Mittal called his factory to return the money. Saurabh went to his factory with his father Satish. Where he refused to give the money.
After this, Saurav called his uncle Prem Garg and his friend Vishal on the spot. Here Mital abused both of them. It is alleged that he also called his friend a caste-related word. Mittal later returned Rs 7 lakh 80 thousand. When he asked for the rest of the money, he threatened to kill him and asked him to run away from there. During this time, uncle’s Scorpio keys remained in his office. Which did not return.
