Senior BRS leader Vinod Kumar Galam is the powerhouse of Karimnagar, said party working president KTR. So much so, he posted on his official X handle. Vinod Kumar, who is contesting as the Parliamentary candidate of the BRS Karimnagar party, was named to win with a huge majority.
KTR praised Vinod Kumar for playing an active role in the Telangana movement. Vinod Kumar, the darling of joint Karimnagar district, is one of the founding members of the TRS party, which was formed in 2001 for a separate Telangana state. After winning as an MP in 2004, Vinod Kumar played a key role in getting 32 parties in Parliament to give letters in favor of Telangana.
