Islamabad – President of the country Dr. Arif Alvi said that the people involved in the events of May 9 should be prosecuted and an independent investigation should be held regarding these events, Imran Khan should condemn the violent events.
In a speech on a private television program, President Arif Albi said that human rights must be taken into account and that beatings must be avoided in the action against those involved on May 9, while any protest must be done within the framework of the law.
According to him, Reza Rabani opposed military courts at the time and demanded that the cases be heard in civilian courts, this is a good tradition and it should be discussed between politicians.
Arif Alvi also said that the military courts were wrong during Imran Khan’s tenure, but after his tenure the cases reached the civilian courts, while the Supreme Court and the Parliament also canceled some decisions of the military law, according to this law think about the detailed cases.
The president of the country said that it is necessary to examine the cases of terrorism because the use of this law is also wrong and will determine the correct use.
He said that currently the parliament is saying that the Supreme Court is creating lawlessness while the lawlessness of the police is also in front of everyone. The reason for Pakistan’s survival is the patience of the poor who think of the welfare of the country by bearing everything if Pakistan declines, the rich class will disappear.
