In her house, an attempt was made to kill a married woman for her dowry. The police acted and arrested the accused husband. The incident took place in Kasaria village in Shikarpur police station area. Police station president Avnish Kumar said that the arrested husband was identified as Santosh Yadav, a resident of Kasaria village.

He said that his wife Suman Devi filed a complaint against Santosh.
