Ranchi CEO K. Ravi Kumar said on Tuesday – The Election Commission is working on this goal that no voter should be left out. For those voters with a disability of more than 40% and those over 85 who are unable to go to the booth, arrangements have been made for voting at home by postal vote. The CEO launched the short film “Ud Chali” with the message of family voting. It is directed by Saikat Chatterjee from Palamu. ACEO Neha Arora, OSD Geeta Choubey etc. were present on the occasion.
