Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest information technology company, has invited applications to hire college freshers for 2025.
The company has invited applications from B.Tech, BE, MCA, MSc and MS students for the year 2024. According to reports, TCS can conduct a campus selection of 40,000 students this year.
Hiring in three categories, annual package up to ₹ 11 lakh
TCS will hire these freshers in three categories – Ninja, Digital and Prime. In this regard, an annual package of ₹ 3.36 lakh has been offered for Ninja category, ₹ 7 lakh for Digital and ₹ 9 lakh to ₹ 11 lakh for Prime.
Test on request 26 to 10 April
The last date to apply for jobs in these categories is 10 April and the test will be held on 26 April. TCS management had said in January that the process of recruiting freshers for the financial year 2024-25 had begun. The company is currently visiting colleges.

TCS Chief Human Resources (HR) Officer Milind Lakkad had said in December, ‘We have started our campus hiring process for next year and have seen tremendous enthusiasm among the hires to join TCS.’ Then he did not disclose the number of hires. He had said the number would be huge.
COO had said that the company will hire 40,000 new employees.
In October last year, TCS Chief Operating Officer (COO) N. Ganapathy Subramaniam had said that the company will hire 40,000 new people this year through campus placement.
TCS employs between 35 to 40 thousand fresh hires every year.
He said that every year the company hires 35 to 40 thousand freshmen from the campus. Keeping this track complete, this year also the company will do campus placements. Apart from this, COO Subramaniam also said that the company will not do any large-scale layoffs this year.
