India’s veteran opener Shikhar Dhawan never fails to entertain on or off the field. On Wednesday, Dhawan shared a fun reel on Instagram where he completed a challenge.
He had to guess popular Bollywood songs of the late 90s and perform their signature hook steps. Dhawan completely upped the ante by performing flawlessly in popular numbers like Saya Saya, Angyon se koli mare, Aadi Kya Kandala, Mujko kya hua haiAnd Oh oh John John.

“Bollywood favorites of all time,” she wrote in the caption.
Dhawan is currently taking a break from cricket and is spending quality time with friends and family.
The opener will return to action in the ODI series against South Africa.
He is expected to lead India in the absence of India’s full-time captain Rohit Sharma, who is busy with T20 World Cup preparations.

Dhawan has not played T20I cricket for India since July 2021 and was not selected in the Indian squad for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup in Australia.
The 36-year-old has been a key figure in India’s ODI line-up and recently said in an interview that he wants to perform well in the upcoming ICC 2023 World Cup in India. He said that the upcoming World Cup will keep him motivated and he will continue to try to look after his fitness to stay in good shape and maintain his form.
“The 2023 World Cup continues to drive me, but it is my love for the game and my commitment to the game. I make sure I always put my fitness first and work hard – be it my skills or my fitness or even my emotional well-being. I am maintaining consistency to grasp every opportunity for improvement and I am looking forward to the World Cup,” said Dhawan. NDTV.
