The Chief Justice of the Peace of the Civil Court in Jahanabad, Vikas Jha, after completing the hearing regarding the punishment of Islam Yadav, who is accused of possessing a gun and cartridges made in the country, sentenced Islam Yadav to 3 years of rigorous imprisonment and to pay a fine of 5000 rupees under Section 25A of the Arms Act pronounced the verdict.
