He was living on rent in Vicky Saav’s house. Vicky Sao was caught by the police on his information. He said he had another bike stolen. After this, the police caught PLFI militant Vishal Swansi on the spot. The police are questioning him about what he was doing at the moment. He lives in Nizam Nagar and has been committing robbery and kidnapping cases for eight years. City SP said Kotwali police station has caught him on confidential information. 11 cases including spreading communal tension have been registered against him at Hindpiri police station.
