Lahore: Lahore High Court ordered former Prime Minister Imran Khan to check the level of security concerns in Adiala Jail.

Lahore High Court Chief Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmed Khan heard the request of Afzal Azim Pahat founder PTI Imran Khan for security in Adiala Jail.

At the beginning of the hearing, the Advocate General Punjab Khalid Ishaq raised an objection to the admissibility of the appeal. He said that despite the objection to the petition, I will seek a report on the security concerns of the PTI founder, Imran Khan or Allah Dutta. , Their safety is our responsibility.

On this Chief Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmed said that we cannot afford more major accidents, earlier Liaquat Ali Khan and then Benazir Bhutto were martyred.

Chief Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmed further said that the PTI founder was attacked before, the Advocate General should check the level of security concerns of the PTI founder.

The Advocate General Punjab continued his speech and said that this petition can be heard in the Rawalpindi bench but not in the main seat.

The court later adjourned the case until April 3, requesting arguments from the petitioner’s counsel at the next hearing regarding the admissibility of the petition.

It should be remembered that an application was filed yesterday by Afzal Azim, president of Tehreek-e-Insaf Lawyers Forum, to provide full security to the PIT founder in prison The federal government and the Punjab Home Department have been made a party. to the application.

In the petition, the position was taken that the jail authorities have banned the PTI founder’s meetings due to security concerns, the PTI founder’s life is in danger in the jail. The petition has sought an order to provide full protection to the life of the PTI founder.
