A tableau of Lord Shri Ram of Ayodhya was brought out in the procession.
On Ram Navami, the birth anniversary was celebrated in the Ram-Janaki temples of the city on Wednesday in Sagar. A procession of Ramji was taken out in the city with musical instruments. The main procession is taken out from Champabagh Temple, Sadar and Sanichari Ward. The Ayodhya temple tableau was the centerpiece of the procession leaving Champabagh. The procession will start from Siddheshwar Temple Champabagh and pass through Itwara Bazaar, Sarafa, Kotwali, Teenbatti, Bhitar Bazaar, Parkota and end with Maha Aarti at the center of Siddheshwar Temple.
