Teklal Mahato, a 55-year-old mining laborer, died due to a mudslide during the ongoing construction of a well under MNREGA scheme at Kadhama village, Chatrochatti police station area in Gomiya block under Bokaro district. As soon as information was received about the incident, the police arrived at the scene and took the body into custody. Other laborers who were working in the well said that we were all busy in our work when debris of earth fell from above on the body of Teklal Mahato.

Teklal Mahato fell into a deep well with the debris and was buried.
