Panjhar Bhokwa fair is organized every year
A procession took out from Ranipur in Patna city on Tuesday morning on the occasion of Panjara Bukwa fair. In this Shuba Yatra, many devotees who have faith in Mother Goddess expressed their faith in Mother Goddess by piercing an iron rod near their stomach. This Shubha Yatra taken out from Ranipur was brought back to the Sati Savitri temple in Ranipur after the city parikarama of Patna city. Such a belief was seen that people pierced their flesh with thick iron rods on both sides of their stomachs, but not even a drop of blood came out and they felt no pain.
