Earlier this bungalow was named after the late actor Raj Kapoor and his wife Krishna Raj.
Being the only grandson in the Kapoor family, this property is in the name of Ranbir Kapoor. Now news is coming that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will name this bungalow after their daughter Raha Kapoor. In such a situation, Raha will get the title of being the richest star child of the Bollywood industry.

After the completion of the construction, the cost of the house will be more than Rs 250 crore.
