Giddarbaha News: Vehicles collide in movie style, one woman dead, six injured

Swift clashes with Alto after a collision with an injured Scorpio being referred for treatment

Giddarbaha (Sachhoon News). Giddarbaha News: A major accident has occurred in Giddarbaha when three cars suddenly collided with each other. A 50-year-old woman has died in the accident, while six people have been injured, one of whom has been referred to Bathinda as his condition is critical. Alto car overturned after the accident. All three cars are badly damaged. On the other hand, the injured have been admitted to the local civil hospital. Giddarbaha police are investigating the matter. According to the information, Rawal Singh, a resident of Sriganganagar district, was returning home in his Swift Dezire car after paying obeisance at Malerkotla along with his family members. When he reached the intersection near the Markfed factory in Giddarbaha, his car was hit by a speeding Scorpio driven by Burj Mahima, a resident of Surmandeep. After this the said car collided with the Alto car coming from Giddarbaha. Sukhpal Singh was driving the Alto car. After three cars collided with each other, Rawal Singh, Ravinder Singh, Surinder Kaur in the Swift Dezire car, Surmandeep Singh and Kala Singh in the Scorpio and Sukhpal Singh in the Alto car were injured. After receiving information about the incident, Road Safety Force ASI Balwinder Singh and assistant staff Navjot Kaur and Rahul reached the spot and the injured was admitted to Gidderbaha Civil Hospital by ambulance. On the other hand, Dr Dharinder Garg, who is treating the injured at the Civil Hospital, said that the woman Surinder Kaur died among the injured. After providing basic healthcare to the injured, Rawal Singh has been referred to Bathinda AIIMS considering his condition critical. On the other hand, ASI Gur Iqbal Singh said that the accident is under investigation. Action will be taken in accordance with the facts that come to light. Muktsar News
