Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan leader Liaquat Baloch has demanded that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz conduct local body elections in Punjab.
Liaqat Baloch, the leader of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, has made this demand in the statement issued.
They say that electricity, gas, petrol are expensive and the increase in taxes will deepen the economic crisis.
The leader of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan has said that the provincial governments should empower the local bodies and come out of the activities of the local body.
He further said that the new federal and provincial governments should release innocent prisoners, especially women.
Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan leader Liaquat Baloch has also said that all stakeholders should come on the same page to end terrorism.
