PM Modi indirectly criticized Congress leader Sonia Gandhi. Election campaigning was underway in Jalore, Rajasthan on Sunday. He spoke at the election meeting organized on this occasion. In his address to Sonia Gandhi, Modi indirectly commented that first KC Venugopal from the South, then former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, and now another leader from Rajasthan, went to the Rajya Sabha.
He said that Rajasthan has become an obstacle for some leaders who cannot contest elections directly to go to Rajya Sabha. Congress has been in power for 60 years. Once the party won 400 seats. Now they can’t find candidates to run in at least 300 seats. They got this situation by mistakes. An opportunistic alliance was now formed called the Indian Alliance. The parties in the alliance face each other for 25 percent of the seats. Meanwhile, the polling will be held on April 26 as part of the second phase of the Lok Sabha elections in Jalora.
