He saw an accused youth fighting on CCTV

A case of miscreants beating a young man with sticks has come to light near Delhi Bypass in Rohtak. CCTV footage has also emerged. The incident took place when the youth was in the car coming towards Rohtak. Meanwhile, the perpetrators were chasing him and stopped the car. After that he was attacked with sticks and kicks. This incident was caught in the CCTV camera installed there. After that the complaint was given to the police.
