Gambaria On the instructions of DC Ravi Shankar Shukla, RJD State General Secretary Arjun Prasad Yadav, a resident of Gamharia of Adityapur police station area, has been allowed to possess arms (rifle) during the elections. State General Secretary RJD Arjun had demanded that the District Magistrate keep him armed or provide bodyguards citing two fatal attacks on him and security of life and property. In the meeting held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner, they have been allowed to possess weapons in the light of the Mumbai High Court ruling. Conditions have been set that it should not be used to intimidate voters.
