Since everyone has their own recipe, this dish usually tastes different depending on which street vendor you choose. In this shop on SF Road, a man was sitting with a variety of spices around him. He removes chickpeas from the copper pot, puts potatoes and spices on top, then spoons amchur-chutney, sprinkles chiton garam masala and green coriander, radish and finely chopped ginger. At the end, serve with a pair of fluffy kulchas on the side.
