Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal responded to the Enforcement Directorate’s affidavit in the Supreme Court. At the same time, he directed the enforcement directorate. He said the manner in which he was arrested just before the announcement of the Lok Sabha election schedule and the implementation of the model code of conduct speaks volumes about the arbitrariness of the ED.
What did Kejriwal say in the Supreme Court?
Responding in the Supreme Court, the Delhi Chief Minister said there was no evidence that the Aam Aadmi Party had taken money or bribes from any group from the south. He also said that the use of this money in the Goa election campaign is absurd.
Arvind Kejriwal wrote in his affidavit that the Aam Aadmi Party did not receive even one rupee and allegations were made against him without any concrete evidence. Delhi CM said that the allegations leveled against him are baseless.
