Sarpanch Vansh Patel of Rampurwa village in Rewa became a victim of cyber fraud. The cyber thieves called the Sarpanch’s mobile phone and demanded Rs 25,000 in the name of TI Garh. Without thinking, the Sarpanch transferred Rs 10,000 to the account number given by the cyber thief.

When the Sarpanch suspected fraud, he reported the matter on Thursday.
