Customers started creating a ruckus at the Smart Bazaar outlet at Mango NH 33 in Jamshedpur when customers were charged more than the tag price during billing. During this period the management also accused the customers of stealing. As a result, the customers became even more furious. The issue escalated so much that the police had to intervene.
