The clumps of dry grass growing inside the river from Totaheri village to Seelarpur along Krishnavati river near Nangal Choudhary town in Narnaul, Haryana caught fire. The fire spread over an area of ​​approximately two to three kilometres. The fire reached two houses in Silarpur. Although no life was lost due to this fire, people’s animal fodder and fuel worth lakhs of rupees were burnt to ashes. Four fire brigade vehicles brought the fire under control after 3 hours.
