New Delhi: The hearing on Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s remand case has been completed. The court has reserved the order in this case. Earlier in the court, ED said that a bribe of Rs 100 crore was demanded in the liquor scam. The agency has strong evidence of this. On the other hand, Kejriwal claimed in the court that ED wants to destroy Aam Aadmi Party. Kejriwal said in court if Rs 100 crore bribe is taken then where does the money go? The court will give its verdict on Kejriwal’s remand after some time.

Bribery money from liquor scam was used in Goa elections. ED said Aam Aadmi Party took bribe. Money was used in the Goa elections through Hawala. ED said that CM should cooperate in the investigation.
ED said that a bribe of Rs 100 crore was demanded in the liquor scam case. We have a right to arrest. On the other hand, senior advocate Ramesh Gupta opposed the remand demand on behalf of Kejriwal. ED said we have solid evidence.
Arvind Kejriwal said we are prepared for every situation. ED lawyer ASG SV Raju objected to Kejriwal’s speech in court. ED said whatever Kejriwal says is imagination.

➤ Kejriwal said in court that no court had found him guilty so far. On this the court said – Why don’t you give a written statement.
➤ Kejriwal said in court that he was grateful to the Emergency Department officials for the investigation. All this has been going on for two years. Kejriwal asked why we have been arrested?
➤ ED said he wanted information about the case. But Kejriwal is not cooperating in the investigation. ED has sought to detain Kejriwal for another 7 days.
➤ ASG reads the remand application in court. He said that the statement during the questioning was recorded. ED said he wants to face Kejriwal with one person.
Will Kejriwal make any big revelation today?
On Wednesday, CM Kejriwal held a second press conference. It was said in it that Delhi CM would make a big revelation today related to liquor scam. Kejriwal will make this disclosure at Rouse Avenue Court. Earlier, while in ED custody, the CM had issued orders to the Water Department and the Health Department. LG VK Saxena has said that we will do our best to ensure that CM Kejriwal does not run the government from jail. On the other hand, Aam Aadmi Party clearly said that the CM will run the government from the jail itself.
