The High Court gave great relief to the former Shavas Mukesh Gupta.

Former IPS Mukesh Gupta got a major relief from the Chhattisgarh High Court. Justice Dipak Tiwari rejected the recommendation for CBI investigation against Mukesh Gupta. While taking action against him, the public commission recommended to the state government a CBI inquiry into allegations of corruption in the Mehta Memorial Trust, which was declared illegal and a petition was filed in the High Court.
