Hubli: The young woman rejected the offer of love. And it was in that anger that he was accused of stabbing him repeatedly to death against his former classmate. The location is KLE Technological University campus in Hubballi, Karnataka.
According to media sources, the name of the student who was stabbed is Neha Hiremath. She is also the daughter of Karnataka Congress leader Niranjan Hiremath. Presently sitting as Congress Councilor of Hubballi Dharwad Municipal Corporation. And Niranjan’s daughter Neha was a first year Master of Computer Applications (MCA) student at KLE Technological University.

The murder happened around 5pm on Thursday. And the whole incident was caught on the CCTV camera. In the film, it is seen that Neha backs away after seeing the accused. There is also a short conversation between them. The accused is then seen suddenly jumping on Neha. Before he understood anything, he started getting angry with Neha.
After this attack, Neha was immediately taken to the hospital. But when he got there he was pronounced dead. The student’s body was then shifted to the Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) Hospital.
According to police sources, the attacker knew Nehar. From the CCTV footage, the accused’s name is Fayaz. He studied in the same college with Neha. But later his studies stopped. Fayaz escaped from the scene after killing Neha. However, he was arrested by the police in no time.
Dharwar Hubli Police Commissioner Renuka Sukumar said the accused fled the spot. However, the police caught him within an hour and a half. Other students told us that Neha and the accused already knew each other. Even, they study together. We hope to get more information by questioning the accused.
According to the media, the accused Fayaz lives in Savadatti in Belagavi district. His father is a government school teacher. Six months ago, he failed the exam and dropped out of college. Fayaz was once Neha’s classmate.
