A unique case has come to light with a railway passenger in Bhopal, Railways provided confirmed seats to 5 passengers going from Rani Kamla Pati to Manmad and on the day of journey, those seats were converted into RAC. The four passengers were then forced to travel on two seats, including two elderly rail passengers. When senior officials of the railways were spoken to about this matter, they were also surprised to hear this, according to some officials, they have seen this for the first time, after having a confirmed seat on the ticket, it was given in the RAC. The passenger has complained about this issue to the Railway Minister and DRM Bhopal.
