Arvind Kejriwal presented his opinion in the court

Arvind Kejriwal submitted his opinion after the permission of the court. Kejriwal said I am neither accused nor guilty. I have been arrested without any grounds. I want to thank the officials of the European Department that I am being questioned in a good environment.

Kejriwal said that I have been arrested based on the statement of secretary Manish Sisodia. Many ministers come to my house and have to deal with documents. In such a situation, if the draft of the policy was found in my house then I was not guilty.

ED wants to crush Aam Aadmi Party. There was talk of Rs 100 crore, but this money is nowhere to be found. Kejriwal took the name of Sharad Reddy and said that after his arrest, Sharad Reddy had given Rs 50 crore to the BJP. In this way the fraud has been done not by me but by the BJP.

ED’s response to Kejriwal’s allegations

ED said in court that we have evidence that Aam Aadmi Party got the reply through Hawala. How does Kejriwal know what documents the ED has?

The ED lawyer further said that the BJP did the alcohol scam, while the BJP was not in a position to decide the liquor policy of Delhi.

Before this, the ED team reached the court with Kejriwal. Along with his wife Sunita Kejriwal, sons are also present in the court. Finance Minister Atishi and Environment Minister Gopal Rai are also present in the court room. In the court corridor, Kejriwal told the media that this was a political arrest. The public will respond to this conspiracy.
