The competition was held at Kulberia Bhimdev Adarsh ​​​​​​Vidyapeeth. This competition will last for 5 days.

There has been a good response among chess players around the All India Scoring Tournament. This tournament will continue until Sunday. A tournament sanctioned by the All India Chess Federation is being conducted by the Medinipur East District Chess Association. This type of tournament is the first in West Bengal and the district. A total of 350 contestants from Bengal as well as other states of India participated in this competition. Mayor of Tamralipta Dipendra Narayan Roy founded this competition. East Midnipur District Legal Services Authority Secretary Samaresh Bera along with East Midnipur District Chess Association President Pinaki Ranjan Ghosh were present.
