Two children who were playing on the banks of the pond in Madhapura died due to drowning. The incident took place in Chharapati village under Pipera Krauti Panchayat of Udkishunganj police station area. The deceased have been identified as Abhish Kumar, 11-year-old son of Hira Yadav, a resident of Chaharpati-05 district, and Mithilesh Kumar, 11-year-old son of Minto Yadav. After the incident, the mourning spread in both their homes.
