City Correspondent As per the instructions of Bokaro Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority, Ranchi and under the chairmanship of the Chief District and Sessions Judge with Bokaro District Legal Services Authority President Anil Kumar Mishra, the quarterly meeting of UTRC was held on Monday. Deputy Commissioner cum Vice President of District Legal Services Authority Vijaya Jadhav, Superintendent of Police cum member of District Legal Services Authority Pujya Prakash, Secretary of District Legal Services Authority Ranjana Lakra, Jail Superintendent Arunam, Public Prosecutor In-Custody Virendra Kumar and so forth. A total of 55 accused cases were discussed at the meeting. In this regard, Secretary Lakra said that under the campaign, mainly those prisoners whose bail has been approved by the court in question, but due to some reason they do not file the bail bond. Work will be done towards their release through a Public Relations bond. In addition, prisoners who come under Criminal Procedure Code 436A will also be released through this medium.
