An exercise was conducted for crowd control in Ram Navami
It was seen how well trained the city police officers are to deal with the mob at the Golmuri police line. The occasion was to practice how to deal with the crowd during Ram Navami. In the presence of SSP Kishore Kaushal and City SP Mukesh Kumar Lunayat, police officers were left sweating while throwing tear gas shells. Exercises were held on how the police should exercise restraint when controlling the crowd, when to control the crowd by using lathi charge, tear gas and water cannon, where the police personnel should focus during the march past.
