There was no water supply from Bhuda water tower on Thursday. People from thousands of houses remained troubled. Problem till Wednesday night: In view of Ramnavami on Wednesday, electricity has been cut in Dhaiya, Hirapur, Manitand, Steelgate sub-stations from 4pm. There was information about a power cut until 10pm, but the problem continued until late at night. Dhanbad The summer heat has increased with the mercury crossing 40 degrees Celsius. Electricity load has started increasing due to rise in mercury. The load has increased by 10 to 15 MW in April. In Dhanbad division, the volume of electricity consumption during the winter season is 45 MW which has now reached between 55 and 60 MW. Similarly, the load in Govindpur division has increased by 5 MW to 47 MW. Jharia division consumes 35 MW of electricity which has now reached 45 MW.
