Rewari Under the patronage of Chandigarh-based Haryana State Bharat Scouts and Guides, the winners of the Prime Minister’s Shield Competition were awarded certificates and badges. DOC Scout Pradeep Kumar said that the said program was presided over by Dr. Maniram Sharma, State Secretary of Bharat Scouts and Guides of Haryana State. Avneet P Kumar, State Commissioner (Bulbul) cum Secretary, Women and Child Development, Haryana was present as the chief guest in the programme. The district has made the district proud by securing first position in the state of Haryana in the Chief Minister’s Shield Competition. In this competition, 24 guides of Government Senior High School Berali Khurd worked for a year under the guidance of Saroj Verma DOC Guide on two subjects including adult education program and sanitation and environmental protection.
