The Calcutta High Court on Monday quashed the recruitment of school teachers made by the West Bengal School Service Commission. In this case, an order was issued to cancel 23,753 jobs. On Tuesday, the Supreme Court gave time till April 23 to the Chief Secretary of West Bengal to give permission to prosecute the public servants Formerly arrested by the CBI in the 2016 school labor case. But the Chief Secretary has yet to comply with this order, the High Court said that if the Chief Secretary does not comply with the court order next time, action will be taken against him.
