Union Minister Shubha Karandlaja is not called a firebrand leader for nothing. Apart from harsh verbal attacks on the opposition, she is a leader of action. When the two-time MP came to file nominations for the third Lok Sabha elections, the atmosphere changed completely with the bike crowd at the rally and Jai Shri Ram’s call. In Bangalore North, Shubha has a direct contest with Rajiv Gowda of the Congress.

Shubha made it to the Lok Sabha for the first time in 2014 by winning from Udupi Chikmagalur seat. If he continued his winning streak in 2019, the central government gave him a cabinet seat. In Prime Minister Modi’s second term, Shuva was the Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare and the Minister of State for Food Processing Industries. This time, BJP has made Shobha, the Vice President of Karnataka, its candidate from Bangalore North.

Shubha Karandlaja was in the headlines for her statements. After the Rameshwaram cafe blast, terrorists were said to be undergoing training in Tamil Nadu and dropping bombs in Karnataka. The committee also issued an action notice regarding this statement, and later apologized. Shubha also made scathing attacks on Sanatan’s opponents.

Joined Sangh at a young age and entered politics in 2004

Shubha joined the Rashtriya Swayamsbak Sangh from a young age. After working as a volunteer for a long time, she entered politics in 2004 and held many important responsibilities in Karnataka BJP. His old association with the Seng gave him good momentum in politics. Even within the party, his stature continued to grow at a steady pace.

Shuva became an MLA for the first time in 2008

Shubha became MLA from Yeshwanthpur in 2008 and was appointed Minister for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj in the Yeddyurappa government. Left BJP in 2012 and joined Yediyurappa’s KJP. With Yeddyurappa’s party merging with the BJP in 2014, Shubha returned to the BJP and made it to Parliament by winning the Lok Sabha elections.
