The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) has called a meeting today on Friday for the General Budget 2024-25. It is estimated that the budget could cross Rs 1200 crore this year. At the same time, last year this budget was Rs 1138 crore and in 2022-23 this budget was Rs 988 crore. This year’s budget also includes a gift to the workers from SGPC and new announcements to elevate Sikh youth to higher positions.
